In September, 1958, the Class of 1963 entered Ironton High School as "Peanuts". The candle which was to guide us through the halls of Ironton High School and all the wonders that awaited us, had just begun to burn.

- Hello!
- I'm Eddie Tipton. Looking back, I've done a lot of exciting things since graduating from Ironton High School.
- After graduating from West Point Military Academy, I spent 4 years in the active Army that including a year in Vietnam where I was wounded and spent a month in the hospital recovering.
- I did my masters in Economics in Europe where my only son, David, was born and where we lived for ten years in Germany and The Netherlands.
- I worked with Shell Oil, who sent me to Australia where I lived for 19 years and worked in several jobs, eventually setting up my own IT company.
- I finished my Army service in 1995 and am a retired Lt.Colonel.
"Looking back, I've done a lot of exciting things since graduating from Ironton High School."
- I set up my company's USA branch here in the twin Cities (Minnesota) in 1995 and got my Masters and PhD in Clinical Psychology in the last ten years. I'm now in practice.
- I'm still married to my wife, Dorina, for 45 years, and we visit our son and grandgirls often Down Under.
- I've traveled a lot, particularly in the USA, Europe, Egypt, and Asia in addition to our frequent trips to Australia.
