WELCOME
CLASS OF '63
In September, 1958, the Class of 1963 entered Ironton High School as "Peanuts". The candle which was to guide us through the halls of Ironton High School and all the wonders that awaited us, had just begun to burn.
Our candle burned and, at last, we were a real part...

"I was fortunate and
honored to serve with and lead America's wonderful young men and women in service to
this Great Nation of ours."
~Butch
-
Expecting to serve
only three years; I found that those three turned into 30. I was fortunate and
honored to serve with and lead America's wonderful young men and women in service to
this Great Nation of ours. I served in Vietnam and Iraq; have made countless trips
to the Middle East; served three tours in Germany; stationed in Oklahoma twice,
Texas, Georgia twice, South Carolina, California, Alabama twice, Pennsylvania, North
Carolina, and Florida.
"Susan, my wife, is the real warrior here..."
~Butch
- David was born in Germany, Susann in Georgia, and Mark in
South Carolina. Susan, my wife, is the real warrior here, raising three great kids
and being both Mom and Dad during the times that I was deployed.
- We now live in Tampa, Florida, and I am still working. I am a Senior Program Manager for a Small
Business doing business with the Department of Defense and the Department of Veterans Affairs.
- I hope to see you at our 50th Class Reunion.
In the meantime, drop me an email at BUTCH `63.
